In order to begin production on your custom order, please follow the steps below and if you have any questions or concerns, please email us at info@zarqaleather.com, and one of our friendly and knowledgeable representatives will be happy to assist you.

Step 1:

Visit our website to explore our Working Gloves and Leather Wear collections and submit a Request for Custom Design online, or email us with your preferred design.
Please include details such as the product type, material, color, logo, and quantity with your email.
Our design team will create and send you a free mock-up within 24 hours.
Once you approve the final design and are ready to proceed, please email us your complete order details, including:

• Product specifications (sizes, colors, customizations, etc.)

• Your name and shipping address

• Required delivery date

Step 2:

After we receive your confirmed order details, our team will prepare and email your invoice.
Please review the invoice carefully. When ready, you can make payment using one of the following methods listed on your invoice or by contacting our support team for assistance.

• Bank Wire Transfer

• MoneyGram

• Western Union

Step 3:

Once payment is received, we will send your Order Confirmation within 24 hours or less. Please review it and reply to confirm that all details are correct.
After your confirmation, production will begin, and any further changes may not be possible.
When your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number(s), or you may contact our customer support to check your order status.

We also offer a 100% refund on sample orders — if you place a full order after reviewing your customized sample, the cost of the sample will be fully credited to your next invoice. (7–10 day turnaround time for rush orders.)
